Banana Chocolate Peanut Butter Heaven

Ingredients: Preperation:
1/3 medium banana
1 Tbs all natural smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup non-fat milk
2 scoops TED - Chocolate
Ice cubes to blend
Add milk to blender, add TED and banana.
Blend on medium.
Add peanut butter and ice.
Blend on high until frothy. Enjoy!
Spicy Veggie Smoothie

Ingredients: Preperation:
6 fl oz spicy V8 vegetable juice
1/4 Tsp. lemon pepper
To taste – Tabasco Sauce
2 fl oz water
2 scoops TED – Vanilla
1 Tbs. flax seed oil/high ligan
Ice to blend
Add juice, lemon pepper, Tabasco, water and TED to blender.
Blend on medium.
Add flax seed oil and ice.
Blend on high until frothy. Enjoy!

Ingredients: Preperation:
1/2 cup fresh/frozen pineapple chunks skinned/cubed
1/2 cup fresh/frozen whole strawberries (unsweetened)
2 medium orange, skinned, quartered, juiced
1/2 cup non fat lemon yogurt
1 Scoop TED - Vanilla
1 Scoop Proteabolic Mass Nutrients
Ice to blend
Juice the orange and add juice to blender.
Add pineapple, strawberries and yogurt.
Blend on medium.
Add TED and Protein Powder.
Add ice.
Blend on high until frothy. Enjoy!
For weight loss, limit this recipe to twice weekly.

Ingredients: Preperation:
1 5 fl oz can E3 citrus
4 - 6 fl oz cold water (as needed)
2 scoops TED - Vanilla
1/2 scoop Protein Power
Ice to blend
Add E3 to blender.
Add water 4 fl oz of water to blender.
Add TED and Protein Powder.
Blend on medium.
Add Ice, blend until smooth.
Add additional water for desired thickness.
Blend. Enjoy!
Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients: Preperation:
1 4 fl oz can E3 Strawberry Banana
2 fl oz cold water
1/2 cup non fat lemon yogurt
1/4 cup strawberries, washed/halved
2 scoops TED - Vanilla
Ice to blend
Pour E3 into blender.
Add water, yogurt and strawberries.
Blend on Medium.
Add ice.
Blend on High until frothy. Enjoy!
