Continue your more active lifestyle. Maintain your habits of stretching and walking everyday. Walk farther and faster as your fitness level improves and as your health allows. Notice how you have become more flexible with daily stretching.
  • Read “Good Moves, The Benefits of Strength Training.” (Healthy Evolution Page 10)
  • Use the Strength Training Workout Guide (Healthy Evolution Page 14)
  • Record your daily activity in the Fitness Diary (Healthy Evolution Page 15)
  • Continue to use the “Everyday Stretches” from the first month magazine, Metabolic Transformation. Select some new stretches for the next 4 weeks.

Step 3 - Be accountable.
  • Continue to participate in an EcoQuest The Enzyme Diet support group. Use the The Enzyme Diet Website open forums and online expert conferencing.
  • Read Slimming Lessons to learn how others have been successful.

  • Complete the Personal Data Sheet. Weigh yourself the same time and day every week. Only weigh yourself once weekly! Do not depend on the scale as the only way to measure your success.

  • Understand the importance of measuring body fat. Select one of the methods of measuring your body fat that is most economical and convenient for you.
  • Learn how to use a skinfold caliper.
