Dr. Brent Allan is the Medical Director of Infinity2 Health Sciences. He received his medical degree from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Allan is an expert in the field of weight loss medicine and nutrition.
He is a Diplomat and Board Certified by the American Board of Bariatric Medicine. Dr. Allan practiced clinical family medicine for 15 years and is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Practice.
Dr. Allan has always had a personal and professional interest in nutrition and graduated from the UCLA School of Public Health with a Bachelor of Science degree and received his Masters of Public Health with a specialty in Nutrition from Tulane University, School of Public Health. He was the recipient of academic honors throughout his entire educational career.
Dr. Allan has been happily married for over 20 years and has 3 children. He enjoys cooking, oil painting, fly fishing, and spending his leisure time with his wife and children. He and his wife Debbie both walk and strength train as part of their routine exercise program. Dr. Allan firmly believes that Infinity2 Nutritional Supplements along with an active lifestyle and a healthy diet are the essential ingredients for good health.
Dr. Charles Jenkins received his BA at Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon. He earned a Masters of Divinity degree from the San Francisco Theological Seminary and did a two-year counseling internship at San Quentin Prison.
He spent eight years in Alaska as a Presbyterian pastor in an Indian village, and then was Senior Pastor of the University Presbyterian Church in Fairbanks. After time overseas, he became Senior Pastor of the University Presbyterian Church in Tempe Arizona. While there, he received his Ph.D. in psychology from Arizona State University and opened a private practice. He was cofounder of the Interfaith Counseling Service, with six offices in the metropolitan area. He also taught at the Center for Executive Development at ASU for 24 years.
Dr. Jenkins was the Director of Programs and Personnel at the world famous spa, Canyon Ranch in Tucson, Arizona specializing in weight control. There he developed a program for executive weight loss management. For over twenty years he has been on staff at multiple Phoenix hospitals primarily specializing in addictive behaviors. Food addiction has become one of his primary interests.
Dr. Jenkins has been working in wellness and weight loss programs for over thirty years. He offers individuals all of those years of experience and creative problem solving in helping them succeed with long term weight loss management.
John Sklare received his doctorate in counseling psychology from Northern Illinois University. He spent 15 years of his professional life seeing patients in private practice, during which time he also served as a member of a medical team providing pre and post psychological services to surgical patients.
He also served as a consultant to business and industry doing personality assessments and compatibility evaluations. Dr. Sklare has taught psychology and learning theory to both graduate and undergraduate students, conducted numerous workshops on a variety of topics, and has made appearances on both radio and television. He is also a USPTA certified tennis professional and when he is not on the tennis court he consults with Doctors, Dietitians, and Corporate Wellness Programs on the psychology of weight management. He is also the current Director of the Emotional Support Center at eDiets.com. With the current emphasis on Mind\Body medicine and natural healing, Dr. Sklare stands firmly on the leading edge!
Jennifer Ferniza is currently the Research & Technical Services Director for Infinity2 Health Sciences, Inc., where she oversees product formulation, research, and quality control.
Jennifer is also the Owner and Developer of Balanced Health Solutions™, a unique wellness program that uses the latest in exercise and nutrition technology to assess individual needs and provide a balanced solution to creating optimum health. Jennifer graduated from Arizona State University with a masters degree in Exercise Science. Her research on the effects of dietary nutrients on metabolism and insulin regulation was published in the American Journal of Physiology. Jennifer is an experienced speaker, author, and continuing education provider for health and fitness professionals.
She has helped many health professionals establish nutrition and exercise services in their practice. Jennifer is a certified clinical nutritionist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. She is also certified in complementary medical nutrition, phlebotomy, and nutritional microscopy. Jennifer also trained as a research assistant to one of the great pioneers in the field of enzyme therapy, Dr. Stan Bynum, and is currently a member of the Infinity2 Formulation Team.
Jennifer’s background in exercise physiology, clinical nutrition, and business provides a broad spectrum of practical experience and technical expertise.
John P. Bartilomo is a graduate of the prestigious New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, Vermont. Chef Bartilomo has more than 25 years of culinary arts and managerial experience behind him.
He began honing his craft with jobs in fine restaurants throughout the United States, including the 5 Star La Vielle Maison in Boca Raton, Florida, New York’s La Cremaillere, Nantucket Islands Opera House, as well as culinary positions in New Orleans and San Trope, France. After returning to the U.S., Chef Bartilomo served as Executive Chef of Scottsdale’s well known 8700 restaurant as well as Executive Chef at Desert Mountain Properties in Scottsdale. In addition, he spent five years as a Chef Instructor and Executive Chef of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute’s L’Ecole restaurant.
Currently, John Bartilomo is Director of Food and Beverage at Anthem Golf and Country Club. He resides in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife Sandy and three children John, Marissa, and Savannah.
